 This Blend is Stalight's version of Umami Flavor. 

It's a combination of savory, salty and hint of sweet. 

This blend contains Kosher flake Sea Salt, Pepper, Tamari, Porcini Mushrooms, Shallots, Nori Seaweed and our special blend of spices.

Great on Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Veggies, Rice and just about anything you can think of.
