Introducing our new Smokin' Cajun Rub & Dip. Wonderfully unique smokey flavor with a touch of heat. A blend of garlic, salt, onion, black pepper, chipotle, ancho and our special blend of spice will enhance your favorite tri-tips, steaks, prime rib, burgers, pork, chicken and veggies.
Dry rub it generously on any meats before grilling or smoking, or use it as a great flavor enhancer in any type of marinade.
As a dip, blend 1 to 2 tablespoons (to taste) of rub to 8oz sour cream, 2oz of mayo. Mix well, refrigerate for 2 hours for melding. Mix again, serve and enjoy with chips, crackers & veggies.
