This marinade seasoning was created with game birds in mind, and it really delivers. Brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, ginger, red pepper flakes. Combine 2 Tbsp. seasoning with 2 cups soy sauce and 1 cup brown sugar to marinate 4 large breasts, such as goose. Can add an extra Tbsp. of seasoning for a stronger flavor.
