Based on an old family recipe, this blend brings an authentic old world spicy flavor to your Italian sausage. Kosher sea salt, Black pepper, Sage and our special blend of herbs. Add Cayenne or chili pepper flakes for a spicy version.
Standard recipe is 1 1/2 Tbsp. per pound of ground pork, or can be adjusted up or down to suit individual tastes. Stuff into casings or leave in bulk for patties.
