This classic French blend of parsley, savory, bay, rosemary and thyme can be used in the traditional cheese cloth bag or sprinkled directly into soups, stews and a variety of meat and vegetables dishes. Some bouquet garni recipes call for including basil, chervil or tarragon, which can easily be added to this aromatic blend.
