A Montreal-style chicken rub that adds a delightful character to any fowl, as well as soups, veggies and potatoes. Use as a dry rub right on the bird, or combine with liquids such as olive oil, white wine or melted butter to make an excellent marinade. Blended with Garlic, bell peppers, salt, onion, citrus peel, tomato, a dash of beet sugar and our blend of other herbs. Our customers tell us they have found many other uses for this tasty blend, including as a dry rub on salmon or pork chops.

"Chicken Delight was my very first Spice purchased from Starlight Herbs all the way at the beginning of their business journey. I was hooked from the first time I cooked with it and have not been without it since! This spice is so versatile! A tasty must for Poultry, Soups, and Vegetables. Lets not forget to mention it on roasted potatoes! My husband even sprinkles it over homemade Pizza! All of the herbs work excellently together. I can taste them all individually, it’s not like a weird combined spice flavor, it’s a very nice complex fresh flavor. This has a touch of Salt. I don’t add a lot of Salt to my Diet, but Chicken Delight has just the right amount for my taste. Highly recommended for anyone! Your Customer Service is out of this world!
