A Montreal-style chicken rub that adds a delightful character to any fowl, as well as soups, veggies and potatoes. Use as a dry rub right on the bird, or combine with liquids such as olive oil, white wine or melted butter to make an excellent marinade. Blended with Garlic, bell peppers, salt, onion, citrus peel, tomato, a dash of beet sugar and our blend of other herbs.
