Dill has a clean fragrant flavor of anise and parsley. Seeds combine the flavors of dill leaves with a hint of nut character similar to caraway, and are added to breads and cakes and to flavor vinegar. Lends a fresh taste to many dishes including fish of all types, vegetables, soups, sauces and salads. Also often used in a Bloody Mary cocktail.
