This is the time of year for CABBAGE! It is in season and super sweet and yummy! So since I have changed the way I eat I make a lot of these AND I make a lot at a time so I have plenty of leftovers for my lunches.
Cut cabbage into 1 inch slices.
Lay on parchment paper.
I like Olive Oli and a Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
Sprinkle both on and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Easy Peasy!
I also do Boise Spud Rub with Ghee or Butter, or just plain ole garlic with
Salt and pepper! You DO YOU!! Have fun and enjoy!
