An excellent hot brine that also brings a hint of spicy flair. Rosemary, cayenne, cinnamon, thyme, black pepper. Mix 1/2 contents to 2 gal. water, 2 cups kosher salt, 3 cups sugar, 1/4 cup molasses, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Reduce liquids for a stronger brine.
