This tasty brine really enhances the flavor of any bird. Sea salt, brown sugar, cloves, nutmeg, juniper berries, black peppercorns, garlic, rosemary & dried fruit. For birds up to 14#, combine 1/2 contents with 1 gallon of boiling water, let cool completely. Add thawed turkey to brine with another gallon of water, keep cool for 24 hours. Turn bird if not submerged. Rinse before cooking.
