An excellent Louisiana style brine that stands alone, or can be flavored with any of our rubs and blends. Pickling spice, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and cloves. Add 1/2 of contents to 2 gal. water, 2 cups kosher salt, 3 cups sugar, 1/4 cup molasses, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Reduce liquids for a stronger brine. BBQ brine baths help to tenderize meat and keep it juicy on the grill, in the smoker, or in the oven. They add a succulent character to meats & fowl, maintaining moisture and adding nuanced flavors. After brining is complete, meats, fish & fowl can be flavored with almost any of our rubs and blends, providing almost unlimited options for favoring. Brining also helps to maintain the moisture content in your leftovers - though you may find there aren't as many as usual!
