New Rubs & Blends

Asian Flair - This sesame ginger blend brings authentic Asian flavors to any dish. Especially good with chicken, pork, vegetables, fish and in stir fries. Toasted sesame seeds, ginger, black sesame seeds, garlic, sea salt, red pepper flakes, toasted sesame oil.

Mango Chipotle Rub - This blend of smoked jalapeños mixed with dried mango powder is a knockout. Great as a rub on meat, fish & fowl, and excellent combined with sour cream or mayonnaise to make a unique & tasty dip. Use sparingly or to taste.

Salmon Seasoning - A top favorite with salmon lovers, this blend of minced garlic, toasted onion, bell pepper, mustard seed, bay leaf with a pinch of sugar & a dash of salt really enhances the flavor on your broiled, baked or grilled salmon.

New Artsian Salt & Pepper Blends

Applewood Smoked Sea Salt - Natural flaky sea salt is smoked over sweet apple wood chips, creating a tasty, savory flavor perfect for those that prefer a more subtle smoke flavor. Use to season or cure fish, shellfish, poultry, pork, sausage, ham and bacon. Can also be used to finish salads, sauces & soups, and is a great addition to any homemade spice blend, salt cure or brine.

Chili Lime Salt - High quality natural sea salt is blended with the juice of Persian limes and red chili pepper flakes, creating a fusion of complementary flavors. Adds zest to chicken, fish, burgers, rice, pasta and steamed veggies. To spice things up, substitute for regular salt in recipes, or use as a tasty and unique table condiment.

Jalapeno Salt - This all natural sea salt with a healthy dose of jalapeño pepper creates a spicy flavor perfect for grilling, or for puching up your favrite indood recipe. Excellent in guacamole, on steaks, chicken, salad and rice dishes, and terrific on shrimp. Can be used as either a seasoning or finishing salt.

Lemon-Dill Salt - This delightful combination of dill seed, dill weed, lemon verbena, granulated lemon and natural sea salt was an instant hit with dill lovers. Great on fish, chicken, vegetables, potatoes and salads. Storing spices in whole form and grinding at the time of use maintains optimum freshness and flavor. Use sparingly or to taste.

Persian Lime Salt - High quality natural sea salt is blended with the zest of Persian limes to create a unique and refreshing flavor. Excellent on chicken and fish, and lends a special character to a garden fresh salad. It’s a natural condiment for all foods Mexican, as well as the ideal glass-rimmer to create that perfect margarita!

Spicy Curry Salt - We use our very popular Hot Curry Powder to flavor all natural sea salt. The result is a deep, complex flavor with an excellent fragrance that curry lovers will really enjoy. Good with chicken, veggies, seafood, rice, pasta, eggs and even popcorn! This unique salt can be used for either seasoning or finishing a dish.

Thai Ginger Salt - The terrific flavor of the salt results from blending premium quality ginger with the fresh taste of natural sea salt, and cannot be matched by artificial flavorings. Great on grilled veggies, fish, fruit, salads, pasta and all Asian dishes. Also excellent as a drink rimmer, as well as with chocolate treats and in pastries.
